How to play Number Rush
Number Rush puts the numbers 1 through 25 in a shuffled 5 × 5 grid. Your task is to find them in ascending order while the clock runs. Every number appears once, so success depends on searching the grid and keeping track of the next target.
The rules
- Start a round to reveal the shuffled grid and begin the timer.
- Find 1, then 2, and continue in order until you reach 25.
- Select 25 to stop the clock and record your completion time.
Controls
Tap or click the next number. Selecting a number out of sequence does not advance the game.
How scoring works
Your elapsed time in seconds is the score. Lower is better. The timer begins when the board appears, so get comfortable before starting.
Tips for your next round
- While finding the current number, remember nearby numbers that you will need next.
- Scan rows or small regions consistently instead of moving your eyes randomly around the board.
Does a wrong number end the round?
No. An out-of-order selection is ignored, but the timer continues while you look for the correct number.
Can I practice a fixed arrangement?
Yes. Daily challenge keeps the same arrangement for the current UTC date. Free play creates a new shuffled grid.
