How to play Bubble Shooter

Bubble Shooter is a color matching aiming game. Send a bubble into the cluster above and connect at least three of the same color to remove them. Bubbles that lose their connection to the ceiling fall away too, so a well-placed shot can clear more than its immediate match.

The rules

  1. Look at the bubble ready to launch and find a useful matching group on the board.
  2. Aim and shoot toward that group. Three or more connected bubbles of the same color disappear.
  3. Use matches to remove support bubbles and release hanging clusters. Clear the board while keeping bubbles away from the bottom limit.

Controls

Tap or click a position on the board to aim and shoot. You can also adjust the Aim slider with a pointer or arrow keys, then press Shoot. Side walls reflect the bubble. Pause stops the shot in flight.

How scoring works

Each popped or unsupported bubble earns 10 points. A match resets the miss counter. After 7 consecutive misses on Easy, or 5 on Standard, a new row is added. Clear the board to win; the round also ends when bubbles reach the dashed limit.

Tips for your next round

  • Look for a small matching group that supports several bubbles underneath it. Removing that connection can clear the whole hanging section.
  • Avoid scattering colors across the lowest row. Build toward reachable groups and preserve clear shooting paths.
  • Your unfinished round is saved in this browser. Return to the same game, mode, and difficulty to continue. A daily challenge uses the UTC date; clearing browser data removes saved rounds.

How many matching bubbles do I need?

You need a connected group of at least three bubbles of the same color, including the bubble you just launched.

Why do bubbles of other colors sometimes disappear?

A bubble needs a connection through the cluster to the ceiling. If your match removes that connection, the unsupported bubbles drop even when their colors differ.
